(20.10.2014) NRS har utarbeidet forslag til endrede regler om fusjoner som regnskapsføres etter kontinuitetsmetoden. Dette er forslag til et tilleggskapittel i ny norsk regnskapsstandard for øvrige foretak som ble sendt på høring 2. april 2014.
